3DS challenges approval rate degraded
Resolved - The third-party provider has confirmed that the issue impacting 3D Secure (3DS) transactions has been resolved, and processing is now operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will continue to monitor the situation.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing reduced approval rates for transactions requiring 3D Secure (3DS) challenges due to an issue with a third-party provider. This may result in more transactions than usual being declined during the authentication process.
